Q: how long will my conversion take?
A:each conversion can vary but on average between 6 and 8 weeks.

Q:Is there any reason I couldn’t have a loft conversion

Q: How much will it cost?
A: All loft conversions are different and can vary in price depending on what sort of conversion, but on my first visit to your property I can give an estimate and you’ll receive a fixed quote 2 days later.

Q: Will I be living in a building site?
A: Absolutely not we do the majority of the build without any discomfort to your home living bar noise through working hours, the only other disruption will be cutting out and fitting stairs, some plastering and some 2nd fix carpentry, and we do work very hard on the cleanliness of the site.

Q: Who and how many people will be working on my property?
A: We work as a team of two throughout the job me Ryan Lang the director and one other, I will organise the other trades as and when they are needed, plumber, electrician, roofer and plasterer.

Q: What guarantee do I get?
A: We provide a ten year structural guarantee on completion of your loft conversion and installed products are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

Q: Can I see a completed loft conversion of yours?
A: Yes once contacted me I will contact some previous clients to arrange a short viewing.
